The mission of UIC Dining Services is to provide a comprehensive program of food services that collectively improves the campus environment. UIC Dining Services operates facilities throughout the campus that are designed to meet the nutritional needs and the environmental expectations of University students, faculty, staff and visitors.

UIC Dining Services provides services and programs that meet the basic needs of the campus population, enrich the quality of campus life, and support the University's mission in higher education. Supportive relationships are developed with other Campus Auxiliary Services division units utilizing all food service resources, services, and programs toward the accomplishment of common goals. UIC Dining Services operates under sound business principles emphasizing maximum efficiency and cost controls, maximizing revenues by providing and marketing food service facilities and services, which more than satisfy the campus community's expectations.
